He will focus on the movie magic used by a number of worldwide famous directors, namely John Ford, George Stevens, Tony Scott and Alfonso Cuaron and share his valuable experience in making action movies and independent films.

Majoring in Motion Pictures at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), California, Worth has been greatly affected by the European New Wave art cinema.

He had achieved an enviable reputation as director of photography before becoming director for a wide range of action, martial arts and horror movies.

Worth had created excellent film shoots in Bronco Billy (starred by Clint Eastwood), Any Which You Can (by Clint Eastwood), The Adventure Begins (by Remo William) and Lady Dragon (by Cynthia Rothrock).

In the 80s, he cooperated with actor Jean-Claude Van Damme in Bloodsport and Kickboxer, which later became two classical action films and helped launch Van Damme’s brilliant career.

He also worked as director for Lady Dragon 2, Mid-Knight Rider, Chain of Command, Time Lapse, The Prophet’s Game and Shark Attack 2 and 3.

Worth is now teaching at Chapman University, University of Southern California (USC) and UCLA and authors of two books entitled The Citizen Kane Crash Course in Cinematography and Milestone in Cinema…50 Visionary Directors.

Last year, the Wisdom House has successfully organized two cinematography courses with lectures given by two other Hollywood directors Dov Siemens and Pilar Alessandra.
