Nhan Mountain is found on the northern bank of the Da Rang River, belonging to the world of Ward I, Tuy Hoa town. It's known as “Nui Bao Thap” (the Precious Tower Mountain) or “Thap Dinh” (the Palace Tower). Standing at the peak of 64 metres on the highest of Nhan Mountain, tourists can get pleasure from a landscape of Phu Yen with the total view of Tuy Hoa town, Binh Ngoc Flower village,Da Bia mountain, the South China Sea and 2 bridges of 1,100 metres, a railroad bridge and a road bridge, running parallel across the Da Rang river.

On the highest of Nhan Mountain, there's the old Cham Tower, it's known as Nhan Tower that was built by Chiem Thanh people in round the 14th century. The Tower contains a stable construction of a cubic sq. nearly 20 metres high, including 4 storeys, smaller towards the highest.

At present, the beautyspot Cluster of “Nhan Mountain – Da River” has become the image of Phu Yen and Nhan Tower has been recognised by the Ministry of Culture and Information as the National Level Vestige of the Art and Construction.

Every year, on the occasion of festivals and New Year's Days, there are several musical, cultural, recreational activities held on the highest of Nhan Mountain. particularly on the annual lunar mid-January, here takes place the Nguyen Tieu Night of Poems attracting a large number of artists and tourists.
