Huong Tich Grotto - The most beautiful grotto under southern sky

In the 18th century, Lord Trinh Sam had 5 words, "Nam Thien De Nhat Dong "means, "the most stunning grotto below southern sky", carved onto the granite slab at the doorway to Huong Tich grotto. In step with legend, the cave was discovered 2 thousand years ago. However, native people solely began to put a shrine there in 1575, and later a bigger temple was designed.
When arriving to Huong Tich grotto, there's a a hundred and 20 steps go down because the temple lies deep during the grotto. At the doorway to the grotto, there's "heaven's gate "(path to heaven) and "hell's gate "(go down the hell).

There are several colourful stalagmites and stalactites in the cave. Each is given a reputation for their purported options. A few of the more famous ones are Cay Gao - Rice Stick, Cay Vang - Golden stick, Nui Co - the maiden and Nui Cau - the youth. Nui Co and Nui Cau supposedly appear as if the pinnacle of a young youngsters. It's believed that couples who want for youngsters typically pay homage to Huong Tich grotto and to particularly visit Nui Co and Nui Cau to pray for their initial born.
