Our Quality Assurance
Being one of the pioneers in the region, we have long-established relationships with our suppliers, ensuring not only competitive prices but quality service. To ensure your comfort, we always use private transport to travel by road. We have our own modern fleet of air-conditioned vehicles, ranging from a standard car to a 45-seater coach, depending on the size of the group. Other modes of transport include trains, boats and planes.
We book accommodation appropriate to the type of tour selected and the client’s preferences. This can vary greatly from standard 3 star hotels to select boutique hotels bursting with character to luxury beach resorts. Whatever the selected standard of accommodation, we use the best at that level and conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality.

Our Little Touches
Buffalo Tours recognize that the smaller details mean so much, right down to the cold face cloths to stay fresh and cool during your tour. Our guides are also able to provide a ‘concierge’ booking service during your trip and are equipped with a list of local events, concerts, wine tastings, art gallery exhibitions, and festivals that are happening during your stay.

Our Promise of Safety
Our client’s safety is paramount. We constantly monitor the region in case any problems should arise and all our guides receive international first aid training. We also require that all Buffalo Tours’ clients have adequate medical and travel insurance before participating in our tour programs.

The Beginnings of Buffalo Tours

Buffalo Tours was originally founded as a small adventure tour operator in 1994 by Tran Trong Kien, a young Vietnamese medical graduate with a passion for travel. From its humble beginnings, Buffalo Tours has grown to become an award winning inbound tour company, with licensed offices and operations in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos.

The company currently employs over 150 full time and 200 part time staff, hailing from Indochina and Thailand, Australia, England, the USA, Nepal, France, Denmark, and Germany.
